Product Structure and Working Principle
Industrial smoker is mainly composed of furnace body, heating system, circulating air system, smoke generating system and electronic control system.Furnace body serves as the central area for smoking, coloring, steaming and drying, is equipped with key components such as fans and copper coils.Fan ensures the even diffusion of hot air and smoke in the furnace, while the copper coil provides a stable and efficient heat source for drying process with its excellent thermal conductivity.Control box is responsible for receiving and processing user instructions, accurately setting and adjusting parameters such as temperature, humidity, and smoke concentration in real time.Smoke chamber is the key part of commercial smoker oven, where natural fuels such as wood and sawdust are ignited and release smoke.
