Product Description
Vacuum meat mixer is a common mixing equipment used in meat industry to process sausage products. Its purpose is to mix various non-standard granular raw meat with other auxiliary materials according to process requirements, so that the raw materials are fully mixed to meet needs of different meat products. Stuffing mixer is commonly used to evenly mix various fillings, seasonings and other ingredients.

Working Principle
ZJB series vacuum ground meat mixer uses a vacuum device to expandraw material under negative pressure, while the paddles simultaneously cause radial tumbling and axial recirculation, completing mixing process. Raw material is stirred evenly, fully expanded, bubble-free, elastic, brightly colored and has a maximum protein extraction. Vacuum level can be adjusted arbitrarily. It is ideal for improving product quality and is suitable for various process requirements.
